Congress goals

Promoting the scientific-technical, educational and cultural formation of specialized professionals -or in the process of specialization- in psychiatry, neuroscience and related fields.

Strengthening the scientific-academic relationships between the major professional associations of Ibero-Latin America.

Become the main scientific forum to present and disseminate research in the area of neuroscience in Ibero-Latin America

To encourage through competitions and academic awards the scientific activity and the development of psychiatry and neurosciences professionals.

To provide opportunity for active participation to mental health, psychiatry and neuroscience professionals.


Citizens of some countries require a visa to travel to Mexico. In case you need a visa, please contact the Embassy or Mexican Consulate in your country of residence. It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a visa if necessary.

The average time for obtaining a visa can be variable depending on the application date.
